Carolyn founded Crest Management over 22 years ago with the idea of creating a management company that was truly customer focused, and instilling her personal values company-wide.

Bill Higgins, CMCA, AMS, with over 30 years of industry experience, offers diverse expertise in operations management, information technology, staff training and development, business process development and improvement and financial management.

Joanne McIntyre, with over 35 years of experience in accounting and community development, provides expertise in complex accounting transactions and reviewing community plats and maps. Joanne is also the president of her own homeowners association and brings a unique perspective to Crest.
