Community Engagement

Your Community. Our Priority.
With our team management approach, your community will have a dedicated Community Manager, Assistant Community Manager, and Community Accountant. With defined roles, each team member can focus on providing personal service to board members, homeowners, and vendors. The team is constantly supported by administrative staff and the executive leadership team.

Crest encourages all of our employees to maintain active memberships in local industry organizations such as CAI (Community Association Institute) and to continue their industry training and education. To promote this with our staff, we pay for all such memberships, trainings, and social events, and we permit paid workday industry related volunteering. Our Community Managers’ salaries are based on their designation level and paid bonuses as each designation level is reached.

Partnership Services

We offer four complimentary board member education seminars including Governance, Legal, Finance, and the Board Portal. Each seminar is facilitated by our Executive Leadership Team.

Included with your contract is a community page on our website. Each community page contains contact information for the management team, assessment rate, community services information, downloadable governing documents, upcoming meeting agenda and community forms. We also offer an enhanced community page for a small monthly fee with added value of financial documents, community calendar, and community email distribution functionality.
