Pay Assessments

• The Management ID and Association ID are required to make all online payments. 
• The Management ID for all communities is 3130. 
• You may find your Association ID in the list below in orange next to your community name. It is in alphabetical order. 
• Payments can be made using all major credit cards. There is a processing fee of 2.95% of the charged amount. You may also pay online with a eCheck with a $2.25 processing fee per payment. 
• You may also mail your payment directly to the bank. Please make the check payable to your association and mail to:

                              "Your Association Name"

                               Please be sure to include your account number on your check.

• We cannot take payments over the phone. If you have any questions during this process please contact the Account Representative for your community.
