HOA Industry Call Scam Alert

While we are not aware of this occurring in any Crest managed communities, we have heard through the industry that homeowners have received phone calls from scammers requesting payment over the phone for the HOA assessment. Please be aware that our office does not make collection calls, nor do we accept phone payments. If you receive calls of this nature, do not provide any personal or payment information. Scam calls can be reported to the Federal Trade Commission at www.reportfraud.ftc.gov.
