2021 Annual Meeting Solicitation of Candidates

This is a notice to all Members of the Hawk’s Landing Homeowners Association, Inc. that the Association’s 2021 Annual Meeting will be held virtually on January 12, 2021.  This meeting will include the election of one Board member for a two year term.  If you wish to have your name placed on the directed ballot that will be mailed with the meeting notice, please contact Heather Esteban to request a candidate nomination form.  The official notice of the meeting will be mailed to each owner no later than December 23, 2020. 

To ensure your name is included on the directed ballot, candidate submission forms must be submitted to Crest Management on or before December 17, 2020.  If you have any questions regarding this notice or to request a cnadidate nomination form, please contact Heather Esteban at HeatherE@crest-management.com or at 281-945-4630.  Nominations will not be taken during the meeting.
